Personal:
Graduated from Alicante University in 2000 with a Law Degree and then she joined Zivko Mijatovic & Partners. She was admitted to the Bar in Alicante in 2001. At Zivko Mijatovic & Partners, she has been highly involved in Trademark clearance searches, management projects for Eastern European countries and Spain and assumed overall responsibilities for CTM renewals, recordals and transactions. She is also responsible for Design practice. She temporarily interrupted her practice for six months traineeship at OHIM where she worked on an opposition project in 2005. In 2008 she qualified as both Spanish Patent & Trademark Agent and European Trademark & Design Attorney and since then she has gained experience in enforcement, litigation and prosecution in Spain as well as in the EU.

Member of Bar of Attorneys in Alicante since 2001, INTA since 2006 and COAPI since 2008.
